Trout fishing
The main river i propose for icelandic trout is the Litlaa, in the north-east, well known by fly fishermen.
It holds one of the biggest population of brownies both in quantity and size, going above the 20 pounds.
Also, you find arctic chars and depending when you come fishing, large and healthy sea-trouts.
The lodge for this river, Keldunes, is one of the best accomodation possible, with confortable rooms, a hot tub and a room for your fishing equipment.
Prices depend on the number of anglers and the time you want to stay, you can also couple the Litlaa with a salmon fishing river.
